Defective goods

All products sold to you by first 4 blinds are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of delivery to you. If goods supplied by us become faulty within that 12 months period please contact us by phone on 01604 715105 or email us and we will arrange for blinds to be repaired or replaced which ever is appropriate at no cost to yourself.

Shortages or damages on delivery

First 4 Blinds must be notified within 24 hours from delivery of all shortages or damages on arrival of blinds.

Blinds made wrong

First 4 Blinds must be notified if any blinds have been made contrary from your specifications e.g., wrong colour or size within 72 hours of receipt of blind. A replacement blind will then be dispatched as soon as possible at no cost to yourself.
