Terms & Conditions

Delivery

All goods will be delivered to you within 28 days of order confirmation. In the event that orders are delayed we will contact you by email as soon as possible. Please allow 10 days on vertical, roller and venetian blinds. Please allow 28 days for Luxaflex wooden blinds. Only 10 for simply wood blinds

Defective goods

All products sold to you by first 4 blinds are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of delivery to you.

If goods supplied by us become faulty within that 12 months period please contact us by phone on 01604 715105 or email us and we will arrange for blinds to be repaired or replaced which ever is appropriate at no cost to yourself.

Shortages or damages on delivery

First 4 Blinds must be notified within 24 hours from delivery of all shortages or damages on arrival of blinds.

Blinds made wrong

First 4 Blinds must be notified if any blinds have been made contrary from your specifications e.g., wrong colour or size within 72 hours of receipt of blind. A replacement blind will then be dispatched as soon as possible at no cost to yourself.

Product descriptions and measurements.

The photographs and descriptions within the site of all of our products are for illustrative purposes only and we strongly recommend that a free sample is ordered to be sure of colour. No responsibility will be accepted by First 4 Blinds if blinds are ordered without requesting samples and then it does not meet your requirements.

Contract

A binding contract will only be entered into once payment for goods is made in full. Your order and payment will be confirmed by email to you. We can only accept orders within the UK mainland.

Price

The price you pay First 4 Blinds will be the amount shown on the order confirmation email. This will include VAT at current rate and delivery to the address specified. We will debit the amount of your credit or debit card when we receive your order or as soon as possible after. If the order includes more than one blind we may deliver in installments allowing for different lead times of different blind types.

Cancel contract by you

You may not change or cancel your order after the order confirmation has been received by yourself and payment has been taken from your debit or credit card. All blinds sold by First 4 Blinds are custom made to your requirements and so are not resalable by ourselves.

Cancel contract by us

We reserve the right to cancel your order if an error has been made in pricing the blind or there is a stock shortage.

If we have to cancel any order after confirmation will will inform you by email as soon as possible and credit your card with the full amount paid to us.

We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused
